This is supposed to be the very beautiful actress:Tamlyn Tomita,who appeared in the tv show:J.A.G.
The picture was done for me,by an artist I found on the Deviant Art website,who called himself:root1.
It's an excellent picture,and just goes to show what could have been achieved,had the idiot script writers put their minds to it.
Alas:it was not to be....:(
Still,Tamlyn has appeared bound and gagged in my comic page commissions,and she will do so again.
